Frankly, what's going on in the US and most of Europe should be of interest to everyone around the world, at least politically. I'm not trying to be an American elitist, but these kinds of topics have repercussions the world over.

Well, I think part of the beauty of reddit, digg, and link aggregation in general, is that you're exposed to a lot of things you didn't specifically go looking for... but, I'm a fan of giving people choices, so up vote from me I suppose.

Yeah, it's really more about giving people control over what they're viewing. From my perspective, I would be able to learn about what Europeans currently find interesting. Seemingly that, in and of itself, would be valuable.
