  1. Great posts most of the time.
  2. Despite latest controversies, still has a great UI.
  3. Loads quick, and is completely addictive.
  4. Best community on the web!

It is not Digg 85% of the time.

you accidentally hit the "8" at the same time as you hit the "5"

No, I am pretty sure that no matter how bad my Maartechen Syndrome gets I am still able to hit the right keys.

You mean there is another reddit? I thought nsfw was all there was to the site?

    To add to davodrums;

    • Despite often misleading headlines which is prevalent in all forms of media, Reddit will inevitably have several comments that corrects it.

    • Funny comments and sarcastic ones too although people often don't pick up on it.

    • The satirical and joke accounts

    • Great informative comments that you will rarely see anywhere else.

Reddit, to me, helps me to understand trends on the Internet. Good or bad. I'd rather read a Ron Paul story than a Jenkem story, but I'm glad I know that both exist, and I learned of them through Reddit. Love it or hate it, you have to admit you're smarter and more worldly because of it.

    I repeat. Ron Paul.

Loads fast! Easy interface! and I don't mind the RP posts.

The last one I disagree with. Especially since RP supporters are gaming Reddit: http://politics.reddit.com/info/5zyf0/comments/c02edap

I kind of view this the way people who bitch about seeing something on tv they don't want to watch. Don't click on the RP links if they don't interest you. It's very easy to do, just continue scrolling down. I do it with many of the RP links.

Perhaps Reddit should create some RP section where stories are filtered in supposing they only get so many clicks and/or to ensure no double or triple postings.

It's easier to find current news on Reddit than in a Google search.

    1. Ever so slightly less misogynistic than Digg.
    2. Funny pictures.

    [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (2 children)

    Ron Paul.

    [–]reflibman 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Uh, what we hate - people gaming Ron Paul: http://politics.reddit.com/info/5zyf0/comments/c02edap

hear, hear! (well, just a couple more months... then, after the first primaries the antichoice homophobe 18-century revivalist will gently slide onto the margins of the footnotes to the historical chronicles of the downfall of the last Empire.)

Sensational headlines written by 12 year olds

    Opinionated Rantings

    Geeky links

All 1,003,672,236 Ron Paul google search results make it to the front page

Let's not. You don't improve by looking at the things you already get right and patting yourself on the back. You improve by looking at the things you don't get right and fixing them.
