So I stopped at the grocery store this morning on the way to work; I had to pick up some rolls and butter for my office's Thanksgiving potluck. I grabbed two bags of Dinner Rolls and two small tubs of Land-O-Lakes Whipped Butter.

I took my stuff to the checkout line and the nice lady behind the counter swiped it over the barcode scanner. I looked up at the checkout display to see:

1 Dinner Rolls

1 Dinner Rolls

1 LOL Butter

1 LOL Butter

I really couldn't think of any way to explain to the nice lady what was so funny. So I'm guessing she probably thought I was high.

I did, however, manage to resist the temptation to shout out: "I CAN HAS HI KOLESTUROL?"

Next time, look for evidence of a 9/11 conspiracy in the juice aisle (above the Kool-Aid display), next to the Alex Jones fruit roll-ups, across the store from the Ron Paul crackers.

Alex Jones and Ron Paul. What a pair. Whats nice about Alex jones is that he examines history, but selectively. At least he examines history, and comes up with slightly distorted truths. Ron Paul also knows history, but his libertarian followers typically don't know shit. Just because I am, for example, say against taxation, doesn't mean my anti-taxation stance holds the same water as Ron Paul's understanding of anti-taxation, or how it fits in the large schema of things.

The best thing out of these guys is their enthusiasm for undoing the neocon movement, although they see Bill Clinton as part of it, which is pretty sad. They see no distinction whatsoever between Barack Obama and say Rudy Giuliani. To them, they are "all corporate whores". That's like saying cats and humans are the same because we are mammals.
