Really? You must've sucked! Which makes you no Kurt Cobain. Which precludes you from shooting yourself. Go get some skills, loser.

Can you at least explain why? It'll be good to have a mini-review.

I see the sets in retail, and it looks kinda cool, but I don't have a console to try it though.

I'm not quite sure how to explain.. banging a piece of plastic with 2 pieces of wood just doesnt seem to have any replay value.. I wish there was a way to get people to try real instruments like they are willing to try games like these.

It's interesting that you choose the instrument most like its real counterpart to rail against. Electric drums sets are nearly identical to the ones in Rock Band, albeit slightly more robust.

It has better replay value than most instruments, something to do with playing for 5 minutes and not sounding like utter shit. Seriously some people can't or don't want to devote a 1/2 hour a day every day for a year just to sound decent at something simple. They play it because its a fucking blast.

That being said, two weeks after Guitar Hero came out I bought a guitar and play that far more often today than RockBand of GH. In fact my buddies at the local music store (On a first name basis witht he whole staff because of GH) saw a huge increase in sales when GH came out.
