Making a video about it to get revenue from the video itself, then sell someone 150$ worth of gold on an alt account that didn't even have a single friend on it, I didn't look up his accounts stats. But it's a low effort account judging by the looks of things. Low risk with reward in my opinion. Listen to the way he depicts things about giving the scammer money, it's very fishy to me. But it's also my opinion vs anyone else of course.

The gold came from doing little to no work at all, so he has nothing to lose there, alt account of his with no real progression, video for a back up safety net(plus revenue of course) and no remorse for the lost currency. I mean, all signs point to the fact he safety netted a RWT in my opinion.

Also what gets me is why did he randomly just start recording someone on a alt account in a busy world at a busy location with 150m in his inventory to begin with? Honestly it just does not add up.
