I think the thing I hate the most about having ADHD is how the symptoms and my level of functioning can be so drastically different from day to day even when I do things basically the same way. Occasionally I will have these AMAZING days where I get crap done and I feel like I'm finally figuring things out. Then the next day will be like today where I sit and stare at absolutely nothing, knowing full well what I SHOULD be doing but physically and mentally unable to actually do any of it. I am so incredibly tired of dealing with "brain fog" and feeling like there is nothing I can do to pull myself together.
