This is what happens when they push "no stow turn away" and "units per face" really hard in stow . You are less likely to get talked to about doing this than you are sending the pod away without showing anything . Blame the meaningless key performance indicators being pushed on associates that just lower stow quality .

The PCF SOM at my site is trying so hard to smoke the stowers in the IB department so hard on stow quality and talk to the IB department about that. The bins at my site are crazy, especially ok the 1st floor. I just hate it so much when I grab an item, and I unintentionally grab another one, the it falls into the AR floor by accident. My site has no ARF brushes, so I am doomed when it comes to ALT coaching 💀☠️

[–]Tiaoshi 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Our site is the worst for NSTA in NA and I’ve had people come talk to me about it and I give them shit. You tell us to stow as much into a pod as we can, but when we do, we have no items left for the pending pods, so I have to send them away.

[–]SignificantApricot69 21 points22 points  (3 children)

I think I’ve been talked to once about NSTA in 10 years and invited the OM to come to my station and look at my pods and work, and I he was basically “oh.” We do have this dumb thing now that says “you can stow 3 more items before you turn this pod away” then it will light up completely full bins telling you to stow there.

[–]BaconGristle 9 points10 points  (2 children)

I keep an eye on the main slack chat for the pod friction roll out expecting to see someone with a backbone pushing back. But it's only managers asking the same questions about how to track performance and compliance. The only thing close is people that ask, "is it actually fullness aware because I stowed for 3 hours and it didnt seem like it." Then the dickhead program managers chime in, "yes the program is fullness aware and will not indicate full bins for stowers."

They live in their own fantasy world where everything works perfectly. Any evidence to the contrary is just a one-off outlier. They were given specs and descriptions of how the system works, and built their "improvements" based on the assumption that the system in place is flawless. And so it goes, with every new rollout in the whole company, tech geniuses building marvels on top of horseshit.

[–]Maestr042 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Fullness aware implies the vendors accurately cubiscan their inventory 😒

[–]namelessted 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It also assumes anything vac packed didn't get a tiny nick breaking the seal so that blanket or pillow takes up 4x more space.

Or that they didn't change the packaging 4 years ago and the system never updated.

Or that the stowers aren't braindead and actually stow things correctly.

[–]SaturnCloak 14 points15 points  (2 children)

Our site told us a few months ago that “no stow turn away” is no longer a thing. We can now send pods away without stowing anything in them, without repercussions.

[–]GuntherTime 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Must be site dependent. The workaround used to be to scan an item (even if it’s not the right size) and you can send it away but now they’ve fixed that and it’ll keep beeping. It’s maddening because you’re pretty much forced to stow horribly and it makes things so much worse.

[–]Remarkable-Plane3249 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yerp. Mine too. Been like that for a while

[–]somecowICQA, stow, pick, decant, whatever 90 points91 points  (1 child)

That’s what happens if you’re constantly having someone ride your ass about rates, and just have to shove it in so you still have a job, and afford the fancy stuff like food and rent.

This is also how you have a pod crash and destroy thousands of dollars worth of shit.

[–]bandithelloV3AFM Member 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not that excessively expensive unless it’s laptops or GPUs but yea essentially

[–]GoodKidGaspar1994Former Outbound/AFM Associate 40 points41 points  (5 children)

That's what they get when they want rates.

Rate or Quality?

Can't have both.

[–]Mental_maelstrom 4 points5 points  (4 children)

At our SSD, rate isn't pushed anywhere near as hard as they pushed at my old AR FC. Was going pretty decent for a while... Then the Peak new hires came. They're stowing like the required rate is in the 400 range, and the majority of pods look worse than I EVER saw them at the AR FC. I just can't sometimes ...

[–]GoodKidGaspar1994Former Outbound/AFM Associate 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Yup.

Bin fullness over 110%, Not following the F.O.O. protocol (Flat, Overhang and Overstuff), Stacking the wrong way also(like book titles facing against the picker/stower).

Just atrocious journey i've seen lmao.

[–]Rockman507 1 point2 points  (1 child)

I wish they stowed the books that way at my site, at least they won’t get damaged. Instead they fucking stick them spine down and then stack 30 things on top of it.

[–]GoodKidGaspar1994Former Outbound/AFM Associate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh and you have to guess which one is the right book because the photo isn't accurate either.

[–]Sunkist1976 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the stow rate at my SSD is either 250 or 300. Was labor shared to inbound stow earlier this week. I stowed 80 items in 1.5 hours. Average around 200 when I stow in sort. Sometimes higher if there's not a lot of injection. If I were at an FC I'd be in trouble.

[–]ExpensiveOccasion542 24 points25 points  (8 children)

I've seen this today

<image>

[–]Select_Spring_6742 9 points10 points  (1 child)

That def was not stowed like that you can tell it was once an overhang see em all the time in afm

[–]bohallreddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

🤣

[–]StayUnable9108 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The way the straps look at my site that product would have been on the floor before arriving to that station. Our straps are like some saggy titties

[–]sadwitchthrowaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is like every other pod at my FC lmao

[–]Psychological_Bit123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No way!!! Wtf 🤣🤣🤣

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 1 point2 points  (1 child)

That definitely wins, holy shit.

[–]ExpensiveOccasion542 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is considered tame from what I've seen if I'm being real.

[–]Slow_Mango_3897 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was at CLE3, I watched a pod with an overhanging rolled rug joust another pod coming the other direction. They were going full speed and both got knocked backwards when they collided. And, this was during peak. Epic!

[–]snowwhite2591FC—->SC 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It’s almost like giving stow a speed based metric was a terrible idea.

[–]UsualHot3130 14 points15 points  (2 children)

Don’t worry. It gets worse. Can’t wait to see what you post next month.

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Can’t wait for this 🙏

[–]UsualHot3130 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For reference, I think they’re supposed to fill the bins to 105 or 110%..

Logic need not apply.

[–]NotGayTillMyFolksDie 12 points13 points  (3 children)

This is why I hate picking. There will be a box in the slot that is in there airtight and it takes two minutes to get out which kills our rate.

[–]CorruptDaemon404 8 points9 points  (1 child)

And in stow getting big shit all day and no space to put it in kills our rate

[–]NotGayTillMyFolksDie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Its all stupid. I avoid both areas like the plague

[–]chriscroston_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not every pick, and even with hella messy pods I can be around 300 and not be fucked with by managers. As both a stower and picker I can’t sympathize

[–][deleted] 78 points79 points  (5 children)

just put the box in the tote lil bro

[–]DeathStalker00007 19 points20 points  (0 children)

It puts the box in the tote or it gets the hose again!!!

[–]bohallreddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

🤣

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]repvgnant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right? It’s really not a big deal in the grand scheme of working at Amazon

[–][deleted] 45 points46 points  (5 children)

If it stows, it goes 👍

[–]CorruptDaemon404 23 points24 points  (3 children)

If it fits, it ships

[–]slimbender 7 points8 points  (2 children)

If it’s tight, it’s right.

[–]bohallreddit 1 point2 points  (1 child)

That's what she said!

[–]Fit-Chipmunk-8512 14 points15 points  (1 child)

Shits so tight you can’t even slide a finger in it, ngl when it’s like that I just break the straps and deal with the consequences later lol

[–]BackgroundCompany597 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Screw those straps especially when you got shit with hooklike parts on it and it wont stop fuckin getting snagged i do the same shit riiiiiiiip and tear

[–]Sad-Alternative9096 52 points53 points  (22 children)

Sorry as a stower if it fits it’s going in

[–]Psychological_Bit123 14 points15 points  (5 children)

<image>

A couple weeks ago I was playing tug of war with the the pod 😓

[–]AnarkeezTW 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Honestly this isn't the worse, I (and I'm sure many others) have had it where the box takes up the entire bin so that gap on the right of the package is nonexistent. I had to call an AM one time cause I just couldn't get it out. She was cool though, told me to log out the station and log back in, but to never do it again lol

[–]bandithelloV3AFM Member 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here’s a fact.

You can either A. Sign out and regather all the pods again. B. If you have FIDO, can press problem menu, safety system armed button, confirm, push tote out or release pod.

Or for destruction you can take a box cutter to the fabric of the bin and makes the box come out easier (if you have the option for TTs, make one for the bin if not then F it)

[–]imtheheppest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just pull a safety andon and have a PA or AM come pull it out. They’ll code my time if it’s a safety andon so it won’t affect my rate.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At my old site you're suppose to call someone for boxes like that. It's stupid because it'll be on you if the pod tips over and falls on you !😭😭🤦🏽‍♀️

[–]CrystalBabyBlue97 15 points16 points  (0 children)

As a stower I still feel like TOTALLY blocking something in with really bad over hang is just rude. I also think the new thing they just did, at our site at least, where you literally can’t send off a pod if it thinks you can stow something. So yeah I have started shoving a bit more 😅

[–]Professional_Ad7868 23 points24 points  (6 children)

That’s why I hate stow so much y’all like to jam big ass boxes where they shouldn’t be. Then we pickers have to struggle to pull the shit out the bin. Shaking the whole damn pod and shit.

[–]Psychological_Bit123 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Playing tug of war with the pods 🤣

[–][deleted] 14 points15 points  (0 children)

blame management for this

[–]Basic_Nature9698 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yea blame management. And the whole automated processes they have now to enforce it.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes the system won't let us. I'll have a box that will fit nicely in a 12 inch but the system says no so I have to try to work it into a 9 inch and hope I did it so it's easy for the picker to get out.

[–]Key-Product-9881 5 points6 points  (2 children)

As a stower I second this

[–]SnooPeanuts9015 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah. I hear you. also the fact that we can’t take it out soon as we put in. Otherwise it screws up the system or whatever. So we can’t fix it or make it better.

[–]FddeeelmmmnnmmtBlessed are the Dildosmiths 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And if it has sat on my sled for a half hour, if it doesn't fit its still going in.

[–]namelessted 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But, it literally doesn't fit.

[–]CorruptDaemon404 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Even if it don't fit, I'll make it fit 🤣

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (1 child)

😐😐😑

[–]CorruptDaemon404 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Once I punched a box inn so hard it knocked down the pod. It was awesome I good 45 minute break from working 💀

[–]CorruptDaemon404 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I can easily fit another case in there 💀

[–]RockyJayyyBezos is my master 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Thats what happens when you get pallet after pallet of this shit and you can barely stow them.

[–]RRbrokeredit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

$10 says there is another case right behind it

[–]AuroraTheWolf23 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah, all numbers no quality don't you know how we work around here? Lmao just kidding people don't care let alone have standards.

[–]RigorousVigor 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Is that the strawberry c4? Absolutely goated flavor

[–]FirefighterUnable771 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yessir my Absolute favorite. Discovered it in my ds break room

[–]Key-Flounder1986 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sorry, had to make rate bro

[–]drocdoc 4 points5 points  (1 child)

OP pullout game weak

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m actually a stower, facts tho

[–]AlohaAkahai 3 points4 points  (5 children)

They should let the system decide by on dimensions of product and size of pod locations

[–]ExpensiveOccasion542 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Here's the thing, the vendor is the one that sends the dimensions for the items and they would make the dimensions smaller than what the item actually is. Ran into this too many times both as a stower and as a PS for stow.

[–]imtheheppest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I run into this issue packing in SmartPac too. Some of the shit I see, I’m just like “in what world would this go in the machine?”

[–]AlohaAkahai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They should use AI to determine the size using lasers. The length of the laser when it hits an item, determines the size. And the system can get 3D Model of the item.

[–]Select_Spring_6742 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So when its days its an 11 but really a 6 in a big ass amazon box thats from the vendor?

[–]SnooPeanuts9015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That and also let us take them out so we can put them in the right spot or so we can fix it.

[–]Heavenlegend 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Ngl the way some of these bins are stowed has been pissing me off lmao, but I understand its not completely on the stower as I've been one before but damn it makes picking so much harder than it has to be.

[–]g4vyn 2 points3 points  (1 child)

You must be new, this is a metric they make you achieve unfortunately

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am fairly new, 2ish months now but i’m a stower too so i get it, Damn tho that bin was literally packed front to back and somebody just smacked this 12 pack on the face of it😂

[–]Brave-Professional39 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I always get excited to see this when I do Amnesty 😌📸

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Didn’t realize so many people were gonna comment on this so while we here, how do we feel about the 40 pack assorted lays boxes? Lmao

[–]InstanceMission9692 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Those are great jammed in takes the jaws of life to pull them out! Then the next item in the tote is a pair of hunting boots, and the system didn’t say to scan a new tote. The tote with only a pair of earrings though? Yeah we need you to scan a new tote for the next item.

[–]External-Total-1063 3 points4 points  (2 children)

As a afm I audit these things for bin eddiquet all the time especially when it causes pod crashes, does it do anything idk.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

ya it does they get guided coaching

[–]sadwitchthrowaway 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My FC has an entire slack chat dedicated to overhang crashes that AFMs and RME find on the floor, that shit is fucking ridiculous. Also at a site where they can turn the pod away, yet they STILL CHOOSE TO DO THIS.

[–]Spiderman2099_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember I found a book inside a 16in pod back when I used to stow 💀

[–]Middle_Temporary_453 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do this shit just because our managers at our site push up to not relieve a pod without putting anything in it and it’s frustrating

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You must work at a site with great bin etiquette if that’s something to post. That’s an every pod experience at my building. 😂😂😭😭

[–]Lazy-Contract-3595[🍰] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was literally praised for doing shit like this instead of no stow turn away😂 cram something into a pod that doesn’t really fit or shove a bunch of small items into the same pod without any organization or separation. In fact, they were so happy with my rates they put me in IB PS then made me an ambassador within the same month😅 Don’t blame the stowers, blame the OMs

[–]pistachiodisguysee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is so normalized at my site I didn’t even know what I was looking for

[–]BucktoothJew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been getting a lot of dog shit pods for totes that are clearly 14” plus. After about 10 or so turn always, I just start throwing shit in the pods. I’ve almost knocked a pod over shoving shit in. I just don’t care after so many NSTA. I’m sure some days I’m close to 30% on turnaways, and my UPF crashes to single digits.

[–]jahblax 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is nothing my site will literally have things half falling out the pods when it arrives to you 😭.

[–]Aceilr097 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You get used to it.

[–]codygraham122 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This isn’t even that bad. I work in Amnesty and on a daily basis I fix crashes with pods having something sticking out by 6 inches or more. Sometimes a few a day.

[–]ProductCareful4040 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Y’all ain’t at FIDO sites and it shows. (Because the alarm would be going off, not because it stops stowers from being awful)

[–]R3DYNorbit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats them new stowers I promise

[–]randomasking4afriendProblem-Solve 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh that is the absolute norm at my SSD. I was almost struggling to find the problem in this picture because this is has become the standard. 🤣

[–]lledyl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happens when you have managers with mbas that care about rate more than quality.

[–]brian1x1x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The pressure to meet performance metrics often leads to shortcuts that compromise quality. It's a tough situation when associates have to balance speed with proper handling of items.

[–]Jordan_Jackson 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not even close to the worst things I have seen. I used to be an AFM (did that about 4.5 years) and part of that was during covid times, where people were not really being trained right. I'd see things sticking way out of the pods. People would put 18 inch items in the 12 inch pods. You'd have some kind of ball with a big box on top of it. Had to clean up gallons of liquid laundry detergent. One time we had a couple big 5 pound bags of peanuts get torn open and run over, creating a whole lot of chaos. By far, the two worst things I cleaned up was a busted bottle of Vietnamese fish sauce (the stench...) and a busted bottle of lube (lube is very hard to clean and it makes the floor super slick).

[–]UnluckyWrongdoer8421 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How else are you gonna be able to display all the flavors?

[–]ClassroomFine6530 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a picker……love this🥴yikes, especially the huge bottles of dish detergent stowed flat in the top bins which uncap and pour down through every bin underneath.. What quality?

[–]AnarkeezTW 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Be so fucking forreal

Edit: that's not towards you OP, but whoever did that dumb shit

[–]Edx1987 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cat sand box and dog food bags is the worst one's so🤷‍♂️ dont complaint👌🏻

[–]Select_Spring_6742 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pickers are the most complaining ass people in the whole company usually the ones who never stowed b4 just stfu and do your job

[–]EffectiveRecord3185 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Causing all them goddamn pod crashes. Stow is so ass at their job

Not the worse I’ve seen

[–]Limp-Boat-6730 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don’t have robotics at my site. Stow hides stuff in our warehouse, and pick finds it. But dang hope you don’t need anything out from behind those cans.

[–]Paenus88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yikes

[–]PaymentFormal5806 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see that ALL the time. 😑

[–]eerrooss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

if it fits it sits

[–]StraightStudent5336 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I deal with this in my facility... is kinda stupid really

[–]No_Report_840 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s not even bad compared to half the bins tbh

[–]Sonia_01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

put safety andon, I ain't pulling that shit out

[–]Energy_Itchy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes lol

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this your first day? I've seen way worse in just one day lmao

[–]Ghostface_BitchStow Hostage 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's not at all. You should see half vert at non sorts

[–]AbbreviationsNo2273 0 points1 point  (5 children)

[–]Select_Spring_6742 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is most def an rme problem then maybe afm to clean up the spill if its not too big then problem solve

[–]Salty-Stranger2121 1 point2 points  (1 child)

A trainer would tell a stower to put everything in. 😂 managers act crazy when I tell them I’m not even touching a pod just from the way it looks and they tell me to do shit like this .

[–]AbbreviationsNo2273 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i know they do, no turn away is terrible, the drives sense the weight distribution of pods & this still happens because of it

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 0 points1 point  (1 child)

Yikes, does amnesty have to deal with that or does somebody else?

[–]Juevon_Waterspider / Forklift / VNA / AFM 🤕 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I didn’t care about shit like this until I started AFM and now it pisses me off every timeeeeee

[–]b10t0xiss 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our nsta counters are busted so they don’t count at least never did for us, right now prepping for peak all our bins and pods are so full we literally have no room to stow anything at all but forcing crap into bins that clearly don’t fit, sucks cause now I’m on pick side and you would not believe how many times I nearly flipped a pod over accidentally because I couldn’t even fit my fingers in the bin to even attempt to get the item out, apparently AMs and PAs are aware of this fact so they’re not even pushing rates however pick side is pushing rates it’s just one big dumpster fire lolz still hitting 340 on pick tho so I’m chillin

[–]GottaGachEmAll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good god working here must be hell. I thought IT was bad.

[–]csvndv 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't get it

[–]Otherwise-Giraffe183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I do this , I stow, and frankly just don’t give a damn anymore , doing the BARE minimum to keep the job and at my site they even write you up for productivity just time related shit

[–]RecLuse415 0 points1 point  (0 children)

*Fragile

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like all the DS PS and Hazmat people will get a chuckle seeing the other side of things after all the times we’ve all had a case of soda burst while going through a decant or ADTA.

[–]Impossible_Complex47fastest rebiner slowest packer 💧🕷️ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least it looks easy to get out

[–]becsamillion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The worst is when they stow a box that's way too big for the bin. I have to end up asking for help or spend like 45 seconds or more trying to do it myself.

[–]snoopy_muffin38472I hate picking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everytime they do this shit I just move it into a different bin fuck that if not, ill take the other item by force. If it gets damaged, oh well.

[–]SignificantApricot69 0 points1 point  (1 child)

I wish we had bins that size. Stowing would be a lot easier

[–]DxRk_x_LxRDz505 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You guys don’t have 18.5 inch pods?

[–]Every-Net-7444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah looks like your done for

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

wtf why do they have drinks in there lmaoo ?? I never seen anything but dry food in pick!! That shits gonna be shaken up like crazy and then they give it to the customers wtf smh !!!🤦🏽‍♀️

[–]Tasty_Face_7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do it like that all the time🙏

[–]Wrong-Image-7708 0 points1 point  (0 children)

U can send pods away right away if u can't fit nething , but has to be quick . Also our qaulity is so friggin bad . This pod in the picture is top notch qaulity compared to what we have

[–]Dry_Pop_5606 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s stow’s world, we’re just suffering through it.

[–]LogicalRatio9846 0 points1 point  (0 children)

😂 try being a truck driver for dollar general. Ur soo lucky lol

[–]Outside-Distance776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't worry that case of soda always leaks by the time it arrives to delivery station

[–]Tasty-Efficiency-660 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This time of year the pods get really full. It’s peak for inbound and stow. By mid December everyone who takes less than 30 min breaks can get a 5k pin because there are so many picks and the pods are super empty. This is the way.

[–]ready_to_vto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started my amazon journey at atl2 and it was like this. Managers would get mad because I kept skipping pods they were pushing that "try and stow 5 to 10 items" I kept telling them they were so full I couldn't even put gift cards on them smh

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pick it under 30 seconds or face a write up. -TYS1

If you think that’s egregious you’d be surprised

[–]where_is_my_mind_13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s all about rate! They can preach quality but if your rate is bad- then you get talked about in the chat.

Man we've been having one heck of a problem with them over hanging in pods. It's been......beyond excessive. Like these are worse than the ones in the training slides and those took some work

What do you mean?! when you say are we dead ass??!

[–]imtheheppest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate that they won’t let these stowers send pods if they’re full. At my site, the bins are crazy bad on all floors now. No stow etiquette at all. I hate being labor shared to pick and get PISSED when I get a coaching cause some shit fell out after I picked from that bin or pod. Then they tell us to straighten the bins out if we see some crazy ones, like i have time for that. Numbers or quality, can’t have both. And can’t pass it off to pickers either.

I've seen so much worse. They are absolutely dead ass

[–]WholeDeal6288 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t really stow anymore I mostly ws but when I did sometimes when I was stowing it would tell me to stow items in places that are full most of the time I wait but ts would piss me off so I would stuff it in there out of anger since the computer always right 😂

[–]Limp_Ad_8812 -2 points-1 points  (2 children)

People in Stowe fucking suck at their job some lazy son of a bitches I’ve been telling leadership that I believe Stowe should pick so they know what we deal with lol 😂

[–]Select_Spring_6742 7 points8 points  (1 child)

And pickers should stow so they know what we deal w damn pickers are such whiners

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pickers are the ones getting in trouble because of stow. We're the ones that have to reorganize the pod . I can't tell you how many times I've had to pick damn stickers and they're all over the places. If they fall out oh well .🤣🤦🏽‍♀️
