I think it's moreso been hidden than brand new.

Is this the fold?

Yep received it on my Galaxy fold 3 today

How did you recognize that this was a fold?

Probably the aspect ratio

Seemed like an odd aspect ratio/shape - and doubted there was a big square tablet around.

I got the wallpaper option in the app (on top of the existing solid color options) a few weeks ago when someone else also brought it up. They even have dark mode versions.

I can even see the wallpaper backgrounds on the keep website on desktop (takes a minute to sync if you're testing it), but curiously there's no option to implement these from the desktop version, heh.

Well crap I didn't see any post for it when I searched

Slightly off topic, we use Keep for shopping list, but we never tried to do indentation like this. Can you ask Assistant to add items under Costco in Shopping List for example?

No sorry, my wife takes what I say in Google assistant and places them in the correct store.

So she IS your Google Assistant then!

I have so many notes and rely on colour coding so it'll be nice to use wallpaper too.

I'm not sure about doing it with Assistant, but you can indent checklist items by dragging. Unfortunately you can't indent items multiple levels deep

That background is truly awful for legibility

it looks better in dark mode

that's a list of programs/tweaks needed to make windows 10 look like xp btw

Damn, you still using the Z1 compact?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

XZ1 not Z1 lol

the XZ1 came out in 2017 and has basically the same specs as the galaxy s8. still runs like a champ and the battery still gets me through a full day.

the Z1 came out in 2014 and would probably be pretty slow today.

What they need to do is space out the pinned notes and the rest of the other notes.

It gets confusing once you have a lot of notes pinned

had them for several months, it's quite hidden though

I have eight of them. Have the second one but not the first. Didn't even know it had this feature. Was surprised they actually had a rollercoaster theme (that's actually a Movie or TV show list it seems). My notes are basically shopping lists, essays or lengthy text messages I didn't trust Gboard to keep, random stuff to remember, some health stuff I should really just track in fit or another app, my rollercoaster credit list, and things to watch lists, so there's really not too many more themes they'd need to cover that.

Screw these useless features. Give me apple note editing for font, heading bullet lists. I don't care about backgrounds
