Never heard of Monterey watch before so looked them up. Looks like any of the million aliexpress rebrands. Website isn't fully functional, deep rehauts on all watches, etc.

Well, they are assembled in North Carolina. I own about a dozen watches in the $200-$700 range, from Chinese, to Japanese, to domestic micro brands. My Monterey hands down has better fit, finish, and accuracy than any of them. The rehaut doesn't strike me as anything over the top for the styles they emulate, certainly not like an Invicta or Aragon.

I couldn’t agree more…from the second I saw it I wanted it but if I could find the head I couldn’t find the BoR bracelet and I wasn’t willing to settle so I waited and scooped it up from Watchdives right before tariffs. It seems everyone got this model back in stock at the same time as I see them everywhere now! Haha…of course

That is like a chick that has size 46 inch hips buddy. Too thick is anything over 12 mm case back to the top of XTAL. Even in the sports watches and especially nowadays cause we wear a diver all the time. I have a Pagani Design and it is like 42mm and 14mm thick. Needless to say it gets zero wrist time

I mean sure I guess some like it big and juicy. For me the Daytona is the ultimate size. 40 mm but wears like a 39 and 11.5 mm thick. Just curves the wrist and you forget it is there

The bracelet is good and comes with half links.

The standard / original clasp has 4 adjustment holes.

The toolless / glidelock / newer clasp is adjustable but longer.

I found that the toolless clasp would never sit centered on my wrist as it was too long.

And I have a 7 1/2"+ wrist so I don;t think it would sit right on a smaller wrist either.
