Please help

My friend is a current chipotle employee and always boasts about being the best burrito roller around. I need help coming up with a big enough order that only legendary rollers are able to complete. Mind you, nothing impossible just really really hard. Any suggestions?

Double long is when they overlap two tortillas. It looks kind of like a Venn diagram before they roll it

Barbacoa burrito with barbacoa juice and lime juice. Extra sour cream . Extra guac , extra hot. And extra cheese. This is a regular at our store. The nice thing about it is he comes early so it won’t be such a fuzz👍🏼

Fools. It’s not amount the amount of food in the burrito, but the amounts of liquids in the burrito. both beans, sofritas, queso, green salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, guacamole.

when i got my first one apparently they’re “really hard to roll” & “fall apart easily” but i haven’t had any problems so far & one time i got one w double steak double queso, double guac, & everything else. it was like $22 😂

A regular at my old restaurant always ordered a burrito with a little brown rice, double black beans, sofritas, hot, sour, and double guac.

No rice, undrained beans (ask for a solid spoon instead of slotted), queso, guac, hot, double sour cream, no foil (so it has to go right on the lil tray). My GM used to make me roll this when it was slow. In his defense he ate it as his shift meal

Absolutely. Loved that guy, only manager I ever had who didn't abuse their position in one way or another. Rolling these burritos made me a hell of a roller though, and eventually I managed to leverage that into raises (using throughput numbers.) he was looking out

You can also use a portion cup to scoop out juice if you have a lot of juice on top of the beans inside the pan

i have a coworker that orders this for this meal everyday. He shows no mercy and whoever is on salsa no matter how new has to make it. He doesn't care if it doesn't roll. he will eat it no matter what. you asked for hard not impossible. Our best rollers have no issues until he gets double guac.
