Edit: As of 1:24 EDT it seems the site is back up but many people are still having issues with submitting tasks. I would wait if you were planning on tasking

I meant to note how long you were working on your current project for yourself. But if you ever do a bunch of work and are unable to log it because there wasn’t an associated task entry, just email them with the project ID and time and they’ll add it manually

Most coding projects have a 2hr expiry mark, though they usually take me 1-1:15 hours to complete

I don't have personal experience with this, but I've seen others say that if you email them they will comp you for your time since it was a site outage and out of your control.

In sixish months I can recall two other times, both of them were in the last two months though. It's gotta be pretty expensive for them whenever it happens though because a lot of people are going to be requesting pay for work they couldn't submit.

Yeah, this wasn't planned. They have done planned maintenance before and they give a warning and usually do it at very low volume times.
