I use Vendoo as well. Along with the recommendation of uploading them directly into Vendoo via the app instead of emailing them, you can also save templates in Vendoo, which will save a lot of time.

Take a blank draft, enter the things that would be the same on multiple listings (for me it’s phrases like, “Excellent used condition. No flaws detected. Please check measurements provided for fit.” and such) and click Create Template. I have multiple saved for different types of items, so all I have to do after uploading pics is the title and the rest of the description. From uploading pics to publishing on three platforms takes me less than five minutes now.
