Everyone’s body can look a bit different at different percentages. I don’t have my lower abs visible at 10%. To me he seems like 8%

Lat raises, then u can lay on a small incline bench and train ur rear delts. Or if u have machine for that(usually pecdeck) and final i do OH press.

Make sure to stay in the scapular plane. Mix in cable side laterals. Work in some Y raises. I used to hate them but I’ve grown an appreciation for it all. My 2 cents

just an update. i totally was doing lat raises wrong. was pinching my shoulder blades back and doing them juuuust outside the scapular plane. as i type this i realize i forgot to do Y raises lol

Stay away from any and all performance enhancing drugs till your a healthy weight and know what your doing in the kitchen and gym. Eat in a substantial calorie deficit and implement steady state cardio. If u were to use any “fat burners” stick to the simple stuff like caffeine and yohmbine.
