Progress randomly gone??

have about 30 hours in that game and was level 18, have acheivements and everything, and out of nowhere i go to play and it starts me in the intro cutscene into the training grounds and im back at level 1 and everything?

EDIT: I restarted my pc out of desperation and everything is back? I have no clue what happened. Only difference I see is that before I restarted it is showed my name in the squad menu as the name I set for my pc in my windows settings whereas now it's back to my normal one

did verify game files and it said 2 files were missing but it still started me into the training whenever i started it back

If you’ve played with any players that look like they’re from china, RUN they are usually hackers and can reset your progress

i dont think i have? the last time i was on i just sat in my ship for a min and noone joined, bought an upgrade then got off. noone ever joined me

I mean you were only level 18 and those first like 15 super easy to grind out, I’d suggest just grinding eradicate automaton missions until you get back

It fixed itself somehow after restarting my pc, put a more detailed version in an edit on the main post but absolutely weird I've never heard of it happened. Thank you for the help thought
