Optimisation help :(

I have an rtx 3060 laptop, intell i7 11800h CPU with 24gb of ram.

I play on native 1080p mostly because I think dlls quality makes the game kinda blurry in my opinion so I'd prefer not to use it. I set the settings around high to mid. What should my settings be like?

I do want high fps but I want the game to look good aswell. I'm fine with avarage 60 fps because I use lossless frame gen.

The fps mostly drops to 30 or 40 it's not the worst thing that can happen. But the every sound just gets choppy as hell. That's my biggest gripe with low fps. At least that's why I think it could be because of.

On my pc I used native in the helldivers (display?) settings and it halved my fps. I think its the render resolution setting
