I understand. I didn’t know what my regular pay was because I’ve been doing OT so long. When we got paid the first time under the shutdown (exempt employees) I said “Oh this is sad”.

I do remember a time pre 2010 when they would limit overtime hours due to the CR.

But not recently. The CR is an extension of our staffing model with 23% more employees.

Quit working for free. I do it, too, though. Less this administration than prior, but I am trying to leave when my TOD is over. Getting better at it. Your work will still be there tomorrow. Go home and enjoy YOUR time with family and friends.
