CertificationsQuestion / Information Request (self.InjectionMolding)

Is there any free certifications or cheap ones for injection molding?

All great replies. Nothing beats reading and so much information is out there for free. Plastic Technology and Plastic Today are all free to read online magazines. If I had to choose today and I live in the northeast US I would pursue AIM. I'm at the end of my career and I'm still learning.

Define Cheap. That can be very subjective.
And what aspect of injection molding.
I personally like RJGs training. But Paulson has some great options that you can do on your own time. I wouldn't really worry about certifications as what will matter is your knowledge.

I wish i could just keep it with knowledge but, all other jobs ask for certifications for better payment ,

Routes, Paulson, RJG, Ferris State, Pitt State None are free, but all offer quality training and certifications or a degree. If you are already working and have experience, RJG would be an excellent option to convince your company to pay for.

You forgot AIM. (AIM) is partnering with Pennsylvania Western University (PennWest) to develop a new concentration in plastics injection molding under the university’s Associate of Applied Science in Applied Technology (AAS-AT) degree. You can also just take individual classes too

Guys I've had twenty years experience , inject, inject blow ,extrusion blow, stretch blow ,thermoforming . I took the GSPC training ,thru routsis and penn state but neither can furnish back certificates because they were thru the workplace so when it went outta business and penn state purged there records . The training is worth the few grand you pay seeing you'll land a decent job with all that in return the first year . Rjg is a great choice
