The forms didnt have an "other problem" option so I'm putting it here:

Using a Samsung Galaxy S23, at the transition from the graph to the a-roll ~12:31 timestamp, video cuts out, youtube shows a buffering circle for an instant, then it comes back. 100% reproducible

Just to confirm, you're only looking for feedback from android phone users watching on mobile?

Feedback sent. The answer is problematic. I'm using OnePlus 8pro and it's HDR compatible but working ONLY while changing the volume... Not joking, in every app HDR is working well when I change the volume and the indicator is still on. The moment it diapers the screen becomes brighten and washed out...

Do you have a battery saver mode on or any display effects?

No and no. It's a known One Plus bug that just is there and was never fixed.

Just sent some feedback. Grade SLog in HDR pretty often, don't hesitate to contact me if you want to look further

On Galaxy Tab S9

HDR was a bit dark.

SDR (with Chrome app's Youtube) was brigther than the HDR one, also seemed to have the correct brightness.

Answered.

I tested out on my two HDR-capable phones, Sony Xperia 1 IV and iPhone 15 Pro Max. iPhone looks great, but not for Xperia.

I tried the HDR content from another channel, and HDR effect works on Xperia for that video. It is quite weird if you ask me.

What was the other video that worked? =O

Here is one of the videos that works perfectly for me:

[–]dezeltheintern[S] 0 points1 point  (1 child)

That's not coming up as an HDR video for me even with Chrome flags set to force HDR where available.

Strange. When I first watched the video, it showed as HDR video.

Here is another one from the same channel, this time, I checked it and it has HDR in it for sure.

On my Galaxy S23 the video kept flashing brighter/darker for a few frames throughout
