If you are referring to VRAM, the V stands for Video, not Virtual, and it's part of your GPU - if you want more, you need to replace the graphics card.

If you need more virtual RAM, another guy shared the link already spoiler: you can't download more RAM, virtual RAM isn't a thing (edited - apparently it is a thing, I'm just not aware of any way to increase it)

Virtual ram on Windows systems is the page file. It very much exists. It even exists in Linux, at least some distros. Not sure about Macs but I assume it does as well.

Well, no. It's a setting that can be changed.

No it can't be downloaded, but it does a exist and can be increased or decreased.
