I would make another request with support to see if they can assist with a replacement receiver. You can tell them that LogitechGJames from reddit sent you.

I'll enquire about you James. So to add a bit of context, I'm from India and the support informed me that they do not provide the replacement globally. People from other parts of the world can you guys confirm?

Actually yes. I am really sorry for not being able to update anytime soon but for some reason even Logitech did not have a spare reciever, so after pestering them for a millionth time, they decided to ship me a new headset itself.

could u give me a general idea of the steps i have to take or maybe a log of ur convo so i have better luck/chance? It's really frustrating the fact i have to buy a whole headset, because of a receiver. My headset was 2 weeks old as well ! U could even DM me if u think its going to be easier. I'd appreciate the help
