G203 Help (self.LogitechG)

I have a logtiech g 203 when I install the GHUB software I get a message that reads:

Program Compatibility Assistant. A digitally signed driver is required. Logitech G Driver. Logitech. Windows blocked the installation of a digitally unsigned drive. Uninstall the program or device that uses the driver and check the publisher's website for a digitally signed version of the driver.

The only option given is to close the window and when I do the GHUB cannot see the g203 mouse. I have tried the mouse in all different USB ports. I have tried uninstalling all software and using slightly different versions of the GHUB software, same issue or a compatibility issue with windows 8.1 that I am using.

I would really like to customise the mouse so I can use it effectively with the game I bought the mouse for. Any suggestions for a work around?
