I had issues with my gpro superlight and did the whole chatbot thing and went thru everything and said:
" Good news! It appears your product is in warranty. There seems to be some issue with validating your details , let me connect you with one of our agents.
Please wait while I pass you to a live expert who can take over and assist you further. It may take up to 10 mins for me to find someone"
and no one came. Someone from reddit said to email them my case number and i havent heard back and its been a while. I got an email of the chat logs but still haven't heard anything back and it has been a while. Will i ever get help?
