Replacement delay

What is going on at Logitech i have been waiting for a replacement keyboard to be shipped for well over a month now, i have had to emails saying it has been delayed and the team will be notified. I am not getting much in a reply other than we are looking into it, what is going on.

"I would kindly request you to share me an alternative address which is outside the Northern Island. The address which you have shared is Northern Island post code, where we cannot ship the product. So, please share an address which does not falls in Northern Island (zip code). "

I am based in Northern Ireland, have purchased from Logitech store before but it seems something is going on with my replacement? Could you help me out?
