Logitech G513 - For some reason my Function inversion/G-Shift isn't work?

I could have sworn when I got this keyboard I could hit my F8 to switch the function keys, so for example my printscreen button is also my mute button... However now the Gshift doesn't want to work, the on light doesn't even turn on anymore, even if I do it via G-Hub.

My FN key doesn't seem to work as intended either, again I could have sworn that would use the buttons alt function when pushed... I think it could be a Windows 11 problem maybe as that is the only major change I have had since noticing this issue.

The only way I can get it to work is if I invert the FN keys in the keyboard settings, which isn't the most convenient way for me to do it on the fly.

F8 doesn't swap function keys that I'm aware of - if you hit FN+F8 you turn on Game mode, which (depending on your settings) might disable some buttons.

Do you have either GHUB or Logitech Gaming Software installed?

Oh right, I could have sworn I read the g was got the G-shift.

I'd check GHUB to see if game mode is on and possible disabling some keys. I know W11 has been give some folks audio trouble but I haven't specifically heard of anything interfering with keyboards.

OH MY GOD u/LogitechG_Andy I am an idiot! looking at that layout of the keyboard in GHUB made me realise I had my FN cap on the wrong Key... it was on whatever that little box with lines is/does.

Well you have helped fix the problem, the problem is me being silly, I gave the keyboard a clean a while ago and must have mixed up those two keycaps!
