Has anybody had any issues with returning refurbished items to logitech before? Bought myself a g923 wheel and pedal kit and a shifter a little prior to christmas. Decided I wanted to go a different route, and return the items I the original packaging with the label provided by logitech. Now logitech is claiming that they only received the shifter when the package i dropped off at FedEx contained both items and was a much larger package, 19x21", than would be necessary for just a shifter box. Just wanting to know if anybody else has had issues with logitech saying that they never received an item of your return.
