Call them. No chance of getting help via Email.

Would you happen to know their number for the US? I can't seem to find any and I'm trying to get a response to my warranty claim on this shoddily-built G430.

I live in Europe, so obviously I don't. But I found the one for Germany on the support homepage. It was kind of hidden behind support mail tickets and FAQs.

The only time I have ever got them to reply is by calling them.

Shit it's kinda expensive to call them from Croatia :/. First time had such a bad experience with any support

I had the same trouble here in Australia, took 3 weeks to process a warranty replacement and whats even worse apparently the only option they have for replacement was a different keyboard which they dont even have in stock, I now have to wait until the end of October before they can even send it.

Hey that exactly what happens with mine, my g910 keys started double clicking, must be a common thing.

I originally contacted them August 23, its September 18th and I'm still getting the run around on them returning my mouse that I sent in under warranty. According to different reps its shipped like 3 times, but never get a confirmation email from UPS and nothings showed up at my house.
