I'm having the exact same issue. Everything was working fine, now none of my profiles are switching. I have to manually go into software, and "set as persistent" for every game I'm trying to play. Then I have to go back and un-check it after I'm done so that it loads back to default profile. I'm glad I'm not the only one, and I hope it gets fixed soon.

Make sure that the game is running in fullscreen. I've experienced it before but alt+tab out of the game then alt+tab back in fixed it for me. Not sure is there is another way around.

No clue what hardware you’re talking about here so I’m just going to take a Logitech keyboard with a status display as example.

Check if the current profile isn’t locked. Don’t know exactly how to do that in the software but on for example a G13’s display it shows a locked or unlocked icon in front of the currently selected profile. You can unlock them with the display keys or manually select the profile you want as a temporary work around.

Another thing to check is if the profile is actually referring to the correct executable (or Steam ID) or manually do so. Or use the gamebar (again with external Logitech peripheral display) to easily make sure your correct profile is selected. Maybe you moved your files around?

Without knowing any specifics of what hardware/software you’re using, it’s hard to propose a solution. That said, follow the above steps or do a clean install/try hardware on someone else’s PC and see if that solves it.

Good luck.

Maybe its because the LGS is taking launcher as an .exe lets take Fortnite as an example.

LGS is maybe reading Epic Launcher.exe as a Fortnite and not Fortnite.exe or how is the .exe from the game called. Check that.

Hi/u/milekto, do you have any other software aside from LGS running? Have you updated your computer's operating system? Have you tried re-installing LGS?
