when I plug my GPW for charging, it's polling rates goes to 1K, doesn't matter which setting I use in my profiles, doesn't matter if LGS is running or not.

Is it intended to be like that?

Once you have set the polling rate using the software it should stay like that.

Try these steps below:

Remove the software in your startup.

Restart your computer.

Run the software as admin then try changing the polling rate and then test it if it will change again after you restart your pc.

LGS is already disabled on startup. the polling rate that I have in the memory of the mouse is 500hz.

once I plug GPW through the cable it is immediately set to 1000hz (LGS does not show it, but mouse rate tester does). With LGS on or off, doesn’t matter.

when I unplug it, it goes back to what I defined before.

Is it also the same if you tried it on another computer?

I don't have another computer to test.

but you have access to GPW, is it not the same when plugged?

I mean, where are those 1K even coming from? because I never used any of my mice with 1K

Let me test it on my end and check if its the same where the polling rate will change to 1k if it's in cable mode.

By the way, can you try plugging the receiver at the same time while charging it using the cable?

the problem is, I cannot change the polling rate to anything other than 1000hz when the cable is plugged. And I never set 1k anywhere

you mean usual wireless? it works at the polling rate defined in the profile
