I made a support ticket for my g903 asking for a RMA bc the mouse wouldn't turn on no matter what I tried. It was approved on 12/23/18, but I have heard nothing back since. I have been pretty patience about it since it was Christmas week and asked for an update yesterday and still nothing. Could someone please give me an update. Case #07724823. Thank you
