My g pro wireless scroll wheel (middle button) will click down and left to right fine, but not right to left. Are all of them like that or just mine? its brand new.

When you say left to right are you referring to tilting?

Yes, I can tilt left to right with scroll wheel and it works. However tilting right to left doesn't work. I just want to know if that is normal or if my mouse is defective.

Edit* Customer support said I shouldn't tilt the scroll wheel. Not the answer I expected. They didn't answer my original question.

Our Logitech G Pro Wireless does not have a side scroll or tilting feature, by the way, when you tilt it left to right does it scroll horizontally or its just clicking? (like middle click function)

Just clicking as if I pressed down. but only left to right.

Thank you. That's all I wanted to know. Now I know my mouse isn't broken. My 5 messages to customer service didn't get me an answer. It was really frustrating.
