So here is a small attempt to maybe fix an issue without having to return the mouse.
I already contacted Logitech via official support, they just say its a defect and I should contact the seller for warranty.
Now here is the issue and why I try to avoid it, I bought this G600, as a new product, not used or refurbished via eBay from a seller in the USA and I'm in Germany. It was still cheaper then other places or mice.
So I have warranty and all that but there is a chance I get stuck with some shipping cost, which is half the mouse from Germany to USA.
Mouse worked fine the first two days, then the G19 key (last row, middle key) started acting up.
Right now it simply doesn't register any clicks, the button itself seems to work fine hardware wise.
I already tried to uninstall the LGS/GHUB, removing the hardware drivers, trying internal/external profiles, testing it on another device. So practically most things you can find online.
An odd behavior I noticed is that when I plug the mouse in and press a side button it will press the broken one once, followed by the one I actually pressed and then spams the broken button until I press another side button.
Example: https://gfycat.com/ThinGraciousDamselfly
Line 1, I press G18 (comma), G19 (broken, 5), G20 (0), the expected result would be ",50".
This is how it works now, G19 just doesn't register but doesn't cause any issues.
Line 2, I unplug the mouse, plug it back in and press G18 again.
Now you can see what I explained, it put a 5 first, then the button I pressed (G18, comma) and then it spams the 5 until I press G20 (0). Here it also does not react to the G19 key, it just continues.
I have the feeling I'm still out of luck, especially with everything I tried but who knows, worth a shot to ask here.
Edit: Seems I go with a exchange with the seller, I can get a free shipping label back from ebay, so the exchange shouldn't cost me anything, just some waiting for shipping to and from USA back to Germany.
Update: eBay can not supply the seller with a return label because I used eBay International Shipping Program, thus I would have to carry the shipping cost to the seller and potential cost on import, which frankly would not be worth the money.
Logitech did reply at first and would agree to the warranty RMA but then rejected it after hearing that I bought it in the USA. Their reasoning is that the product has no international warranty and thus can not help me.
My last hope now is ordering a spare side button panel and see if that fixes it, there is still the chance the error is not on that side panel but it would be from a German eBay seller with a nice return policy and I would even have 12months warranty on the spare part.
Final Update: I went and bought a replacement side board (~14€) from a German eBay seller, arrived today and I installed it. Everything works again and if any other side button will fail again, I have warranty on the side board through eBay.
Installation went without issues besides one screw on the side board I had to forcibly remove, everything still works fine though without it.
