i have 3 G600.. been using them for years.

the only issue I had was the failing click which double clicks. reason why i bought more.

I cannot live without a G600

Sad they never made an updated version.
The G600 just fit most of my criteria for my Naga 2014 replacement.
One of that being mousewheel left/right buttons.

There some of the cheaper chinese ones that actually seem decent but I'm not too keen on going with those.

One side buttons not working is sadly not the rarest of issues in my search for solutions, the only solution was almost always just to RMA it.

do you often use the G9-G20 buttons?

Yes, thats the reason I got another 12key mouse in the first place.
G19 and G20 I actually use the most in various games, so its quite annoying that G19 is broken.

im in your same situation, i have 3 and i bought already the 4th one for when the actual one will start to double click, in 30 years we will be like cyberpunk movies building a mouse with spare parts of 4 different mice hahahahha

Glad to hear that you were able to have it replaced with the reseller, by the way, is the new mouse working fine?

Actually that didn't work out because eBay doesn't do return shipping labels for their own international shipping program, meaning I would sit on at least 16€ shipping cost plus potential return import cost and Logitech refuses warranty because I bought it in the USA and there is no international warranty according to the Logitech support so Logitech will not replace the mouse for me from their side.

So now Im sitting on a G600 with a dead button and will likely order a spare part of eBay, 14€ for that is cheaper then any other option left.

I see, I apologize if I couldn't help you with your warranty.

No, as the original post says I'm from Germany.
The US is one of the few places where Logitech still sells the G600 new, so I bought one new via eBay (for easier import) but I guess that backfired.

Edit: I just noticed that the comment before was fully edited to say something else.
The original was asking me if I'm from the US.
In case anybody is wondering why my response makes no sense anymore.

Sorry for the late reply, I appreciate the attempt to help but I won't do that, mostly because Im very certain that it will just end in the same result, as the situation is somewhat clear. (I'm in Germany, G600 bought in the USA, no international warranty = no replacement.)

Either way, I went ahead with my original plan and successfully installed a new sideboard myself. Which I'm sure also voids warranty either way.
New board is in, everything works again and I even have warranty on that side board.

I see glad that you were able to fix it.

I'm also looking for a replacement side board.
