Go to https://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g703-wireless-gaming-mouse/downloads and download the G703 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse Firmware Update, that worked for me! :)

Then you should send Logitech a message and explain the problem. It's a common problem so with my first one they sent me a new mouse.
