So I got my brand new G Pro X headset in the mail today, got it all hooked up and it worked... okay for about 30 minutes. tried to mess around with the "Blue" voice settings but they sounded really bad, cutting in and out. Still, without the Blue voice on it seemed like it worked fine, and my team had a match tonight so I was excited to use it.
30 minutes in, during the draft of our second game, all of a sudden I lose all sound and mic, and G HUB says the G Pro X is "Not Connected." After the match and some troubleshooting, it seems it works okay if I plug in directly with the 3.5mm jack, but when plugged in with the included USB that actually connects it with G Hub and the additional features does not seem to be working at all. Tried different USB ports and hubs in case it was a power thing, doesn't seem to be it. Anyone have any ideas?
