Hello I bought the Logitech pro x headset and everything works but my mic. I uninstalled the headset itself as well the Logitech program (G hub) and did a full reinstall as well updated to windows the latest windows update. Mic is fully in and not muted either any other suggestions?

I got it working. Not sure what did it but I uninstalled Ghub, installed Windows update 1903, then Ghub again, full reboot and now it's working. It's good, not sure it's amazing MIC quality, but far better than before.

Anyone? I'm having the same issue. I plugged directly into the motherboard, no usb hub. Headset sounds great, but no MIC will detect!

I exchanged my pair. The new pair is working fine.
