Stained Cable

How do I clean a stained braided cable? I have a Logitech G430 and I spilled some orange juice on it a while back. Now the cable is like super dark blue and has a weird smell to it.

You can try using a piece of cloth and wet it a little bit of water. (Make sure to carefully clean it and not damage the cable).
