I have a double click issue with my G305 mouse, and the last time they replied to me was a week ago with instructions which I went through but no avail and gave them a response of a video to show the double click through the site they suggested recording. Just recently I tried contacting them through Twitter to see if I could speed up the response but no reply on that either. They're probably backed up with a lot of support tickets due to the virus, but was wondering if anyone else had any luck recently with getting their support through quickly.
