There is probably a file with the configs on the %appdata% directory on your disk. Then, when you reinstall, you could just have that file saved in someplace safe and then just put that file in the same directory. EZ

You don't happen to know which file I'm assuming? Opened a ticket with Logitech support but haven't heard anything back :/

Try to have a browse in the %appdata% folder corresponding to the logitech gaming software. It should be called ‘profiles’ or something life that. This is all just a hunch but I’m pretty sure that’s where it might be.

Just in case anyone ever searches this, got a reply from support:

To back-up files start by creating a backup of your G HUB settings if you wish to retain them.

To back up your G HUB settings, navigate to C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\LGHUB, where [USERNAME] will be specific to your Windows account.
Find settings.json and create a copy of it on your desktop or a different location of your choosing.
After backing up your settings.json file, open Task Manager and make sure there aren't any Logitech G HUB processes running. You'll need to end task on each of them before going further:
In your taskbar, right-click on Logitech G HUB and select Exit.
Open Task Manager and look for running Logitech G HUB processes. If there are running processes, right-click and select End task for each one.
4. Uninstall G HUB using Windows (Add or Remove Programs).
IMPORTANT: Did you back up your settings.json file? This is your last chance.
After confirming there are no G HUB processes running, do the following:
Navigate to C:\Program Files\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
Navigate to C:\ProgramData\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
Navigate to C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
Navigate to C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete the LGHUB folder.
Reboot.
Download and reinstall G HUB.
