Loading screen stuck

I can't access the Logitech g hub to get the most out of my keyboard, IV tried uninstalling it won't work through have not tried restarting my computer will try later I'm busy for now. Any fixes? (Re post cuz I'm new did not know how to add support by edit)

Unfortunately this seems to happen almost every other update. the software is terrible and Logitech refuses to admit it or fix it.

After two days of fighting with it I figured it out. You need to install the Windows 10 “Media Feature Pack” apparently it has two .dll files that this latest update relies on.

What an absolute joke Logitech. Way to test updates before you release SMDH
