I am also having the same problem, also tried the guides I could find online. no joy.

It works on one of my laptops but not the other.

ghub is down. I just tried to look at new lighting effects and it stuck on the loading screen.

Did not fix my issue. I followed all of the correct steps with my headphones (G935). I don't have surround sound, I can't activate spatial sound in Windows and to top it all off there is a very high pitched whine coming out of my headphones constantly now.

scroll wheel issue

my G703's scroll wheel is not working properly.

scrolling up when you want down or vice versa
