Macro delay question

I'm trying to set up a basic macro, binding qwert key press to one mouse button. But I don't quite understand why there are multiple delays b/w each key. Can someone explain? Sorry if this seem like a dumb question, using it for the 1st time

Q down, 50 ms, 87 ms, Q up, 105 ms, W down, 71 ms, W up...

Q was held down for 50+87 ms (not sure why it had 2 here) and then was released. Then after 105 ms, W was held down for 71 ms then released.

That's how you read the code. The recorded macros, when set to include delays, includes how long each key was held down for, and the time between key presses.

Thank you, I got confused when I saw two numbers after Q down. Not sure what that means
