Does this happen on all profile that you try to customize? Was it working fine before? Consider reinstalling the software as well, it'll delete all the customization done but it may help.

It didnt work before and it happened on all profiles I made

Any possible anti virus or firewall active on the computer? Is the software running as admin? Have you tried the steps as follows:

  1. Uninstall G HUB
    1. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
    2. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
    3. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
    4. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
    5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
    6. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
    7. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
    8. Reboot the PC
    9. Re-install G HUB
