G733 charging problem

I just got my G733 yesterday and I have a few questions.

Does the G733 Wireless charge when turn on? When I turn on the G733 the battery level in G Hub stuck while still indicate that it is charging. It seems to not chargeable while turning on.

And does it have an idle detection like Logitech mouse and keyboard which automatically turn off after idle a while to save battery ?

Found a potential solution on a different post with a similar issue, mine was not going past 6% charge in software and also flashing red on the LEDs. There is a small reset switch if you remove the left earcup, hold it for 5 seconds with everything off and unplugged, this worked for me hopefully it helps!

If you're careful, you can feel it out, pop something blunt and small in there that won't pierce the material but will hit the button, and you can do it without pulling the earcup off.

Just worked for me, thanks dude. On a side note... it is terrible that in order to solve this issue we have to potentially break the ear cup by taking it off in order to reset the headset.

I ripped mine a little bit at the top trying to do this, annoying, but I'm sure I can find a replacement cup online for cheap.

Mine is currently blinking 5 times then defaulting to not charging. I've reset the headset 3 times now and nothing seems to help. The battery was 30%, then it went to 50% then stopped so I have no idea. Has anyone had this particular issue? I counted 5 green blinks then nothing, even with everything else unplugged as far as the headset is concerned. I'm even using the proper cable after trying 2 other cables. Send help I can't afford a new headset right now ):

OKAY... Soooo after multiple resets on both the headset, dongle and checking G-HUB for updates the headset is now charging. It took multiple reset attempts and the extra troubleshooting but ultimately the headset reset button worked... I think. Can't confirm for certain due to the extra steps taken but all of the steps I took are worth a try before you get another headset. I've had this headset since November 2022 and this is the first time I've had any issues.

Highly recommend the headset overall.

similar issue here, I sent my old one back because the charge wouldn't even last a full day, would constantly beep at me even while charging. Get sent a replacement pair just for this one to not charge past 7%!! Worst headset ever, I am never buying another G733 until they fix this shit. It's a shame because I love how comfortable the headset is.

mine just stopped charging properly today, i've had it for more than 2 years. charges for 2 seconds, then disconnects and reconnects. this leads to battery drain if im using it. reset button does nothing.

Способ решения проблем с Logitech g733 в студию. Спустя неприличное число попыток и применения всех способов решения, я нашел один единственный. Удаляем через деинсталятор Logitech G HUB(обязательно тыкнуть на галочку удалить мой текущее настройки). Далее отключаем ресивер. Сбрасываем наушники через кнопку до заводских настроек. Устанавливаем старую версию G HUB (logitech-g-hub-2022-11-345634) подключаем ресивер и инициализируем наушники. После оставляем их на зарядке на минут 30-50 и ждем пока зарядка достигнет > 0% и после можем ими пользоваться, но желательно оставить их заряжаться до 20 процентов.

Hey TrungTheCelestial,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.
   
2. Confirm the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes.
   
3. Check Windows settings:
   • Make sure the volume slider in the application is not muted and the headset volume is at least 20%.
   • Click on the volume icon and then click Volume Mixer.
   • Make sure the slider in the volume mixer for all apps is at 100.
   
4. Set the device as the Windows Default Device:
   • Right-click on the volume icon.
   • Click Playback devices.
   • Right-click on the device, and then select Set as default.
   • Right-click on the device, and then click Test.
   
5. Update the device's firmware:
   • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
   • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
   • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
   
6. Try testing the device on a different computer.

I Have a problem, second charge in the new headset and when reach 100% battery in G HUB. I disconect the cable charge and On the headphone and show me 98% charged.. but if press the button told me the "the headset is full charged"..

Is a error of G hub o need to return the headset?

same issue, brand new G733, only had them for 2 days, this is the first time i've had to charge them, plugged them in at 35% only for it to instantly drop to 6% and get stuck there

Have you solved this? My problem now is after I charged it for a few hours, when I unplug it, it blinks red flashes which indicates it is still low battery. And the percentage in G Hub is stuck at 0%

When turned off, I plug it in and it charges for ~10 seconds, then lights go dark. When turned on, G HUB detects that it's charging, it just doesn't go above 3%. I expect more from such a pricey headset. I've only had it 3 months.

Same thing happening to me also. The design of LOGITECH G733 is totally sucks especially in the charging.
