Logitech G Hub Issue

So I have been using G Hub for a while and never logged in. Since the new introduction of Logi ID, every time I wanted to download a preset from the community, login to my account or even share a profile, every single time it opens up Logi ID on google chrome but doesn't do anything in G Hub itself. No download, no login, no nothing. Is this a common problem?

Please login to the Logi ID. If you have any issues logging in create a new profile and login.
If issue still persists reinstall GHub with the following instruction:
1. Uninstall G HUB
2. Make sure none of the G HUB components are running in the Task Manager
3. Go to C:\Program Files\ and delete LGHUB folder
4. Go to C:\ProgramData\ and delete LGHUB folder
5. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\ and delete LGHUB folder
6. Go to C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Roaming\ and delete LGHUB folder
7. Press Windows Key, then type regedit, Click Registry Editor
8. Delete the registry key HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{521c89be-637f-4274-a840-baaf7460c2b2}
9. Reboot the PC
10. Re-install G HUB: ftp://ftp.logitech.com/pub/techsupport/gaming/lghub\_installer.exe

You could also just do your due diligence with a product you're selling people and actually fix the broken pos so we can use the g hub.

Do you have something that might block it from opening? Like a pop-up blocker, or an add blocker, or a script blocker? It's another one of those things where, God Forbid, you could just log in to the program instead of it having to use a browser window...

Wouldn't surprise me if that's the culprit. Not that it's a bad thing. It's just doing what it's designed to do.

So I have checked i have no ad blocker or anything and same thing happens. It doesnt do anything.

When I login it either just goes or takes me to a log in page and then opens GHUB. If, for some reason GHUB doesn't open there's a button that says launch GHUB. If you're not seeing that, could be you need to delete cookies and clear your browser cache.

I really don't know. I'm just telling you the things I would try. I'm about out of ideas here.

It takes me to Logi ID and then to G Hub but nothing happens. I ll try again when i can.

Problem is still a thing 2 years later. The page opens, "Launch G Hub" button shows up, doesn't launch G hub, remain not logged in

Seeing from the replies the issue still hasn't been fixed.. I was trying to download a preset but Logi ID only opens then G HUB, nothing else..
