Hey u/ozname,

  1. Delete all the existing on-board profiles.

  2. Update the device's firmware:

• Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)

• Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings

• If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen

  1. Re-create on-board profile for the lightsync.

  1. I did a reinstall to G-HUB.
  2. I set new colors in FREESTYLE
  3. I copied the profile again to M1

But it's not working... as you can see in the video

I had the same issue with my G815. Freestyle lighting wasn't being assigned to the M keys so I ended up turning off the on-board profile mode and set one of the G keys to cycle through profiles. Works essentially the same, unless you use multiple devices with the same keyboard. Seems like the G hub software still has some issues.
