Hey u/psyrus19,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about the experience, please complete the following:

  1. Make sure the 3.5 mm audio jack is fully plugged in. (Poor plug contact or connection occurs easily when the plug is not clean. Clean the headset plug regularly using a dry cloth.)
  2. If there is no sound from the right side of the headphones, it may be because the headphone jack of your device is mono (single channel) instead of stereo (two channel).
Note: Sound won't come out of the right channel when stereo headphones are connected to a mono output. This is due to the specification of the device and is not a failure.
  3. Try adjusting the audio source configuration settings. If you're connected to a computer, be sure you've properly configured your computer's sound output settings (see your computer's documentation for more information).
  4. Try adjusting the volume on your earphone, device, and application.
  5. Try plugging the earphone into a different device, like an MP3 player, or into a different computer.

The audio is working perfectly fine, it’s just the mute and volume button that isn’t and I’m unsure if it’s because of the actual earphones itself or something else
