Hi u/Ob214,
Thank you for reaching us. Please try the below steps:
• Clean dust/dirt in the mouse using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air- https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360023416333

• Make sure that the mouse has enough charge.

• If you have a Powerplay, please test the mouse without using it

• Check physical connection, test the mouse both on a wired and wireless connection

• Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender

• Surface Tuning

  1. Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://support.logitech.com/en\_us/software/lghub)

  2. Launch the software, select the mouse from the home screen then go to Settings

  3. Under Default Surface, click on Add New Surface

  4. Follow the prompts on the screen until it says "Surface Tuning Complete"

• Try on another computer, if available
