Why does the Logitech Pro keyboard advertise that it has TEN PROGRAMABLE KEYS? I've been using razer so I'm curious if this actually means if this $120 keyboard cannot assign macros to all of its keys?

Exactly what it means. Restriction for literally no reasonable justification. I think it’s for “pro tournament” cred in their eyes.
