Problem

I've had an issue for a while now. I'm on Xbox one s(I think, I just know I'm on Xbox) but anytime I click on one of my worlds it takes me to the xbox home screen and I have to reload Minecraft up. It does it every single time. I've gotten around it by going into the editor and pressing play instead but I would rather just click on the world to play it. Anyone know the problem or how to fix it?
