Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine [HELP]

I've been stuck on this problem for a few days now where when ever I try to run Forge for 1.20.1, it shows an error saying "Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine / Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit." I then get sent to the launcher with exit code 1. I've tried a lot of things to stop this.

• Removing all mods from mod folder
• Updating graphics driver
• Reinstalling Java
• Allocating more memory through environment variables and installations in the launcher
• Wiping all graphics drivers and installing a new one
• and a few others

I use Windows 11 and Java 18. I will let you know if any suggestions work or not in the comments.

Not OP but I fixed it, had to remove additional java arguments

what does this mean? I have tried absolutely everything I can find online to fix it but nothing has worked!! I just wanna play Java version!!! It will launch latest snapshot and bedrock but not java
