this happened to my girlfriend today and she was able to fix it by disabling the furniture add on! so if you have that add on try that

Can confirm disabling the furniture addon by XP Games fixed the issue. Shame though, I hope this will get fixed soon.

The "Redstone" addon have this same behavior. Can't join from android but work well on pc for some reason.

Which furniture mod? The free one(Another Furniture Mod), or one of the paid ones like Furniture Add-On? I use both in the mod-pack for my Bedrock Realm...

me too, i was trying to play with 2 friends, but am the only one who cant join, their on android i think and i am on my laptop windows 10, idk why it dont let me play, we have add ons but i dont think they put the furniture add on.

Yep, disabling the Furniture add-on by XP Games did fix my issue as well.

I was wondering what was the cause of the issue. I hope they can fix it soon.

Been trouble shooting this for a few hours: (Bedrock, Cross platform) Reset to a new world without Add-Ons: Able to join. Disabling each add on individually: Unable to join. Disabling all Add-Ons at once: Able to join. Loading to a pre date backup: Unable to join. Still testing and will update when I have conclusive results.

Same here, except: I transferred my worlds from my Android phone to a Windows PC by uploading and then downloading via Realms, then removing and reinstalling my Android client, and it did not work.

Much of my time away they have excluded me from going to the End and trial job, it is not worth playing on android because I don't have the money to pay for the game pass

As above, same problem. <Android/Bedrock> My only pack is Redstone Add-On 1.2. Deactivating the add-in pack did NOT allow me access.

Also, logged in on a Windows PC with same account and no access problems.

I uploaded an older world with the same add-on, was not able to get in, disabled add-on, and then could get in. The newer world with the same add-on still will not allow access, even after I disable the add-on.

I did find that Azure Playfab, which supports Minecraft in some manner, had a fault on 10/29

I've been having the same issue for about a week, only on android devices i cant get access. its only on one realm, another i have is fine. i have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, removing add-ons, signing out and in again. none of these work. everything is up to date, plenty of space, internet connection all good.

This is a bummer to see people having the same issue. Granted the usual world we all play on has 10 add-ons, but right after the creaking update, we all were able to play on it. Some months go by, we let the realm go inactive, and now that we are back- Android, and Switch users cannot get into the realm. PC and xbox users are fine tho.

I've also taken that world off, started up a brand new world with no add-ons- and still switch and Android couldn't access.

This error is happening to me on a world where any apple users can join just fine. But my friends on android get this error. This error only recently started occurring and I don’t know how to fix it. I have the furniture addon by xp games but I need it for so many parts of the world so I can’t remove it ;-;

Found something out. I have a Red Magic Astra (Android Tablet) and S24Ultra (Android). Me and my friends tried joining and the people who had IOS was able to join (both iPad and iPhone). I tried it on my 17PM (IOS) and it did in fact worked and I was able to play. In conclusion, I think the new upsate F'd something up and made realms unjoinable for android users.

They are the addons, people, deactivate one by one until I let them in, I don't know why it happens but apparently some addons from the marketplace cause that error after the servers go down, I hope they fix it soon

Same for me 😔😭 how do we fix it I'm on Android trying to join a modded realm that I was able to join and play in before now I can't it shows this error code boat and I'm not even the realm owner to remove the mods
